Kutin / Lercher- PMT#55 Live @ ESC/Graz and Calm At The Lake

Peter Kutin is living and working in Vienna since 2002 after growing up in a small austrian village between many mountains.
Studies of electroacoustics at the univ. for music & interpretative arts of Vienna 2004 - 2007 / education as audio-engineer / currently studies in fields of ethnomusicology.
Organising concert series velak-gala and running non-profit organisation v?elak together with other Vienna based musicians.
Founded the ensemble dirac together with Daniel Lercher someday 2005.
Works in fields of music, music/sound-design for films, soundinstallations, field-recordings / field-studies, experimental radioplays.

About the record:

Live @ ESC / Graz: «A liveset of kutin/lercher which is based on real time transformation of religious and spiritual instruments and onconcrete field recordings from northern india. Concert took place in may 2008».

Calm At The Lake: «Recording of an improvisation that took place at a lake in styria/austria in june 2008. Different instruments (bells, singing bowls, fluetes) no amplification or electronics where involved. Played by kutin peter / daniel lercher / markus».
